    Default Any Easy way to clean a Slug Barrel?
    Presently It takes about 250 passes with Shooters Choice lead solvent and a copper brush to get the lead from shooting slugs out of my smoothbore barrel.Does anyone have any suggestions for a quicker,easier method?

    use somethign like barns brand solvent, alot stronger. you can get it at natchez

    I just ordered some Barnes CR-10 and a few nylon brushes from Midway.After reading their customer reviews of this stuff,I gotta try it in all my guns.

    The Barnes CR-10 cleaned the slug lead out of my shotgun barrel with almost no effort that stuff really works.Now to get ready for Turkeys
