Bobcat predator call questions
This year I got a bobcat permit for northern Wisconsin. The early part of the season, I am planning on calling ina bobcat with a predator call. Then when and if we get snow, I will go with a group of hunters that use hound dogs. But for now I am looking forsuggestions on type of predator calls to use and any tactics to use to call in a bobcat. Also, if I should use a small rifle or a shotgun and what size and weight of bullet or what size of BB shot. I don't think Wisconsin allows buckshot. I would like to save the pelt. Any suggestions will be helpful.
Thanks

RE: Bobcat predator call questions
If useing a shotgun for bobcats at close range (50 yds), I would think goose loads with BBB or T's would do nicely. With rifle, .243 or smaller, smaller being better for less pelt damage.
