a buddy on mine shot a deer last weekend and called it in. all to find out that it takes about 15-20 min of BS ?'s. along with saying that ur #'s inserted are invalied when they aren't. if you dont put in the right one in like 15 seconds, they hang up on you and u have to start all over.we tried this about 4-5 times before the # was"said to be" the right #...same #inserted 4 times but it never worked. i think it isthe worst way ever to check in deer. i talked to a few other people over the weekend about it and they said they had the same problems, and thought it was BS. i talked about this earlier before it went in to effect in my other username (Buckhunter 17).

Its not that bad I shot a doe lastnight just checked her in online. It only took me about 6 min. That included filling out the part to get the all important PIN. Not so bad give it a chance. The one thing i like is that i did not have to drive 25 min to the nearest check station. Got to go to bed a little earlier. Good luck to everone this weekend. Tom

a friend of mine shot a doe on the opener. He called me to help him track/drag (he's a rookie) When he started to call it in I decided to grab a knife abd go to work(it was getting warm) 'coincidentally' he got done with the phone call right as i got done with the dirty work...

that somebody with buckhunter was me trying to check in my buck. you have to measure the bases and I didnt know it, and after like 40 seconds of me trying to fiddle with the phone and cut a slit in the tag and measure antlers, I was angry. I do not like this sytem whatsoever. I was halfway through when they told me that I had to call back when i had the right number! I was more mad then a horse with flies all over it. This system was a failure in my book, and I only did it once.
