$14 an acre for Marlboro county? You got to be crazy. I am from Marlboro county and there isn't an acre in the entire county worth that. The best land in the county is going for under $10/ac.
Man, I lease 905ac in Williamsburg county for under $10/ac. Thats a total rip off.
