You would not have to put much thought into which stand to sit in on any given day, since your choices would be somwhat limited. I have seen people around where I live buy 10 acre lots and be fairly successful.

Yes, I know, we got 10 acres with our place and I hunt behind the house 4 or5 times a year, but I think it is ridiculous that a guy comes on here and his 1st post is "hey hunting land, 5 acres, wow, great deal". We have those kinda real estate agents around here that think every little couple acre patch of trees is "great hunting" as the say. Most wouldn't know a buck if it rammed them in the rear end, lol.

It may not be 10 acres but there arelots ofdeers that go to the stream. You can build a cabin there. Im not a real estate agent, my husband decided to sell the land and I found this website.
