I have the land listed with a real estate office, and it is listed for $130,000...
So I am giving a big HUNTING.NET discount on the buy....LOL

The land is in Rifle zone meaning you can use both rifle or shotgun. There is not much land for sale in that area, and it is at a premium, hence the price.

If i buy your property for $80,000. MY taxs would have to be around $3000 per year on the property alone. Just looking at what my property in ny is valued at. I have 49 acres worth 30,000. The taxs on that 49 acres are based on what you pay for it. Just a little food for thought
