Looking to purchase land in SE Ohio

I am looking for land in SE Ohio to purchase, approximately 50 acres. Must be descent deer hunting property.

i have 50 ac in Athens county. excellent deer country. 195 P&Y buck taken last year on the property. 2000.00/ac. Can send you aerial of property if interested. coal gas and oil also on property.

I live here in Scioto county next to Adams county in Ohio. What all are you wanting to hunt on this property and if you buy I could help you manage keeping people off the property and maybe some wildlife enhancement. Just let me know around how much you want to spend and I can keep an eye out.
