Well Snuffy and I hit vermilion fishing club last night at light's out. The lake is so low it is unbelieveable. All the fish we seen were in and around the weeds. If you found a mud bank nothing. Water was pretty clear so of course we managed to shoot over the top of most of them. I did manage to scewer a nice 14#9 ounce and another one at 8#. We usually only shoot them around the 3-5 pound range. Was gone and home by 11 pm. Nice quick trip. managed to only land 5 all together. did not count the misses. Snuffy did get a nice log too.

Not sure how much the log weighed, but it was up to my shoulder deep.
