well alex and i went south for 5 days of fish killin. went below the ky dam thurs night got a limit of spoonies and a few bigheads pretty quick. decided to head to the lake and try something diffrent. whacked the heck out of 20-30 lb buffalo. Friday we had a tourney out of ken lake. had 7 boats. we lost a good grassie that might have been close for big fish. but still won numbers. went out below barkley and smithland dams sat during the day to no avail. went back below ky dam at night and got away from the crowds and got 20 bighheads with most over 30 with 2 over 40. almost none were shot by any of the other 8 boats. had a comercial fisherman that wants all the bigheads we can shoot. get in touch with alex for his number as i dont have it. alex went home sunday but i stayed and shot with a friend and we had a good shoot. boated 2 grassies a 46 and 40lb. missed another with lots of nice buffs. our weekend total was 306.
