For some reason I'm getting a mental image of people building additions on mobile homes.

I'm going to bechanging my trailer lights over to led lights as soon as the ice clears. Also making me a new gaff with a longer handle.

How long ofa gaff are you making?

Kendall made a bunch of different gaffs with slightly different handles and bends. It will be fun to test them.

I've been shooting starlings to pass the time in this cold weather. They're like carp with wings.

I am putting a bighead setup on the boat to shoot the ohio

I'm not sure on the lenth of the gaff. Maybe something to gaff the fish from the shooting deck, approx. 4-5 ft.? I'm not sure about the hook style yet. Still checking out other gaffs.

Finished up (Well, almost. Got a few minor things to do to it) the "Carp Cadaver" on New Year's Eve. It's a 16 ft. flat bottom with a 3000w Gen. and a 20" front platform. Drew and I have to give Kendall a huge THANK YOU! We'd still be working on it if it hadn't been for his expert advice and muscle. I'll post pictures when I get the film developed (yeah, I know I'm a bit antiquated).

I told Kendall today that I watched all my bowfishing videos and dvd's over the weekend. I have a real bad itch!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm starting to get that same itch. I keep telling myself I'm going to finish the wood boat. Just can't seem to find the time to do it!

Aw, C'mon Mark, it's not like you're building your own house or anything.
Oh, wait. I guess you are. In my opinion, if anybody has an excuse for not getting their boat finished, it's you. Next year will be a different story though.
