IL, ground blinds must have orange.

This applies to public hunting areas during firearm deer seasons.
From the IL 2006-2007 hunt regs, page 31.

I'm actually on private land this gun season.
It was just a new rule that wasn't where I expected it to be in the reg book. It wasn't in with the deer hunting stuff.
