IL, ground blinds must have orange.

This applies to public hunting areas during firearm deer seasons.

From the IL 2006-2007 hunt regs, page 31.

It is unlawful to use or occupya ground blind during any firearm deer seasonon public land unless at least 400 square inches ofsolid vivid blaze orange material is securelyattached to the uppermost portion of the blind anda substantial amount of orange is visible for 360degrees.

So, if the deer in your sights has blaze orange anywhere on him, don't shoot. It may be Bulzeye using a new blind/decoy setup!

heh heh:D

I'm actually on private land this gun season.
It was just a new rule that wasn't where I expected it to be in the reg book. It wasn't in with the deer hunting stuff.
