Well if it ever stops raining. Chezhead, Mr. Extreme and I are headed to Shelbyville tomorrow. Will most likely be the last trip of the year. Do not have much experience bowfishing this late in the year. So we will see. Maybe a nice boat ride.
Picked up my trail camera this morning and had a bunch of small punk bucks. Yesterday morning seen a huge 6pt as I was walking back to the house. For a 6pt he is a shooter. Real tall and wide. That makes 5 shooter bucks that I have seen here at the place. Now if Snuffy, KBI-Prez and I can just be in the right place at the right time...later.

We may go over to Clinton. Maybe do some deer hunting and some bowfishing. I'm thinking the warm water of Clinton will keep the carp up in the shallows.

Your hunting spot sounds great. I've been out hunting 8 times now and have seen exactly one deer walk within range. [:@]

That is what i like about shelbyville, you can almost always find a cove to duck into and out of the wind. Mr. Extreme is getting over a cold so looks like we will be staying in tonight, it is still raining pretty steady
