Default Turkey- fish

Well guys and gals,
Hung up the bowfishing oneida for a day. Picked up the stike eagle terrior bow and went chasing turkeys. Ended up with half of a bird. My buddy (mark) my Hennenpin canal partner, was my back up with a scatter gun. We called in 3 toms, had action all morning. So these three toms come in on the wrong side of a fence. They were at 18 yds and could not get through the fence to the decoys. I was a full draw trying to find a spot to get an arrow through plus the brush. Finally got the shot and like shooting at a big head, I missed. Boom, mark blasted him, he jumped up flew into the fence and took off running, boom he blasted him again. This time he stopped just long enough for me to put a 3 blade rocket right through him. That was the problem, the first shot he was just standing, I needed him moving so i could him him. Aim low and let her go. Nice tom, 22# 7oz, 10 1/4 inch beard, 7/8 spurs. Look out tomorrow.
