With the 2012 season coming to a close, it's time to start thinking about the 2013 season. Our season in Kansas was slow this year with the dry, dry weather conditions, but even with the slower season we had 12 hunters, 3 successfully harvested and 5 others had opportunites at bucks 130" and larger. Largest being 170-180 class. 8 for 12 in the opportunity category is pretty good. Would have loved to seen more bucks hit the ground, but thats hunting for you, sometimes it just doesn't work out.
