This guy has hit some of the other hunting sites with the same andit's really a joke.For $420k you get a 1/8th interest in the property and it sounds like he's the only one that gets to build a cabin. The pictures of the bull elk aren't pictures from the property. They are from a computer postcard program. I've talked to some guys local to that area and they say the hunting isn't what he says it is. Maybe some shmuck will take him up on it.
