What is best Rangefinder?
I have been looking at Rangefinders for about a week now, and I can't find any good reviews that suggest one is better than another. I think the Leica LRF 800 is probably the best for the money. Does anyone have any recommendations for me?

RE: What is best Rangefinder?
To start with welcome to the board! I have been using the Bushnell YP400 for about 3 years now and have had no problems. The unit was under $200 and I have used the wizz out of it. I use it at the range during bow practice and I use it bow hunting. This is just my 2cents but the only way to improve it would be to make it smaller. This is my first rangefinder so I can't give ya any info on other brands. Good luck.

A month ago I bought the YP 500 DX and am well impressed. I went with this unit because it had built-in filters to eliminate extraneous returns fron reflective surfaces, rain, intervening targets, and also it allows me to continuoully scan moving targets.
I'm sold!

I recently had the same question and started comparing the different rands and models out there. I found the Leica 800 to have the very best optics available, crystal clear, and found them for just over $300 at hotbuyelectronics.com!
