RE: GPS

BTBowhunter, Several of my friends and I purchased the RINO 120's this year and have been testing them out locally. In a nutshell, they have a ton of features. The GPS seems to be up to Garmin standards and woks great, and unlike a previous posting, our radios seem to work great. If you have the software, you can download better maps into it to give you street level or TOPO maps. They have both FRS and GMRS radio channels so you have 2 or 5 mile (ideal) range. What we like the best is you can see on the GPS map where everyone (who's using a RINO) is located. Nice feature. Easy to find someone who has game down without loading in lat/long coordinates. My 2 cents worth.

RE: GPS

Ans. to DAVE590: I triple checked the Garmin's settings.. It is not in the Demo mode. I would like to think that my call to Garmin's customer service would have walked me thru any simple button pushing resolve. That did not happen. They want $75 to look at it. I like to use a GPS, but the next GPS that I buy will not be a GARMIN, no customer service!
