How important is a mesh backpack?
Hi all,
Newbie here who hasn't hunted yet. Thinking about getting into it, though, and I am buying a backpack regardless.
I am trying to decide between eberlestock skycrane 2 or the blue widow. The main difference is the blue widow expands into a mesh bag to haul meat while the skycrane doesn't. It comes with a smaller backpack that zips in.
I kind of like the skycrane features more, but I am wondering how important that mesh compartment is for cooling off meat?
