Default Looking for info on rangefinders

I am getting a rangefinder but all the info on them seem confusing and I know close to nothing about them. I am not looking to spend a house payment on one so Lieca, Swaro, ect are out. I hunt with a bow and rifle so I want one that does both. Most of my hunting places are wooded but I hunt a few fields and cutovers where my longest view would be around 400yds I guess. So I would like to have one that can range a deer around that far. I also want one with the ARC feature since a few of my better places are around bluffy areas and I will shoot some steep angles with my bow. I don't need one with the temp, barometer, time, wifi, direct link to my mother-in-law, or any other complicated junk on it. I just want one that WORKS as a rangefinder. Anyone have any good suggestions on which ones will work for what I need? Also where to look to get the best deal?

P.S. I already tried a search on this site for some info. but couldn't really find what I was looking for.
