Those knives are great, a friend got one a few years ago, wow was that thing ready for gutting and skinning and I wouldn't doubt the edge would last a long time.

Damascus Hunting Knife by Izumi Ichiago

I like it a lot, tough to dull even a little bit. I don't doubt I could do 10 deer and still not need to sharpen it.

I've seen some reviews claiming the sheath wasn't all that good, I disagree. I'm a finish carpenter/cabinet maker, I know quality workmanship, this shealths leather has been finished well and the construction shows signs of a true craftsman, the stiching is perfect.
