For a hunting machine I' d only consider a Honda. Their reputation for durability is well justified in my experience. I' d walk before I' d take a Polaris into the woods, there' s too much chance that it' ll break down on you before you get back out.

I have a 250 Yamaha Timber Wolf........Very practicl for hauling a portable stand, rifle or bow......Turns sharp and if it get stuck, I can pick the front or back up and keep going.

the outdoor chanell had a show on atvs today. polaris did not even make the top 6. yamaha, which i own, came in 5th. honda came in third with suzuki first. this was the atv show on rating them.

Dep214 where have ya been, I kept waiting for you to step in? Like I said on the other thread you know that show was only for foriegn machines. If Polaris were to enter there contest it would have placed 1st through 6th
