Why go all the way to south Texas if you are already so far north? What kinda money are you talking about spending and what kind of hunting are you looking for? bow/rifle/dog?

I've never been to South Texas , So I want to go, Looking for a 3 to 4 day hunt for about 4 people( Gun Hunt)
No Dogs , I can hunt with dogs here, Just looking for a time off away from Work type Hunt, All we would need someone to do is (Show us the Property , Tell us the Rules , and I hope, have a place where we can sleep and clean our Game ) as for the price the cheaper the better.

South Texas is a blast that time of year, I had a group that we would make a week long trip down there every year for hog's and javelina the first week of Feb every year for 11 years(it's a shame that deal went south). You would be amazed at the amount of big bucks that are out roaming that time of year. I wish I knew of a place to give you a good lead as that is a good trip and a good time of year as well for the hogs. I would suggest just doing a search and start calling folks, checking out references and all that, be thourough about it and you shouldn't have a bad experience. I wish I could bring you to west Texas and let you guys smoke some of them on our lease, we are over run with them boogers but they won't let us do it....Good luck with your search!!!
