i do. Here is one I killed last Sep. when the temperature was over 90 degrees. This is a very old boar that was notreally big. BTW: he was good eating.

I saw one that looked like a furry bear and went about 300 pounds last week. Pigs will hold hair all year if you want a fuzzy boar.

I go to Texas & Oklahoma all times of the year to Bowhunt them. Fall, spring, summer
I am headed to Oklahoma June 9th to Bowhunt them a few days over feeders.
Only bad about summer is Bugs & Snakes but hogs are allways the same.
More cover in summer so visability is less.
Pic is a March Bowhunt with hounds.

I hunt them inthe summer all the time, but 95 degrees and 100% humidity takes getting used to. I've had more than one person border on heat stroke. I stay in the shade and hunt early morning and night stand. Don't do much spot and stalk in the summer either. Swirling wind directions and impossible scent control will just have you pushing pigs around all day never really seeing one. Hunt the spots between wallows and cover. They need to hit those a few times a day to keep cool and keep the bugs off.

I really like to do most of my hog hunting right after deer season ends...Not saying I wont thin a few out after that, hell I just shot one last week and we have been running traps recently b/c the pigs are geting out of hand and tearing up our feed pens we have set up....I just hate cleaning them in the heat....
