Default smelling good around my place.

[hr]
fired up the smoker yesterday. had about 65 lbs. of smoked sausage and two hog jowls. the jowls , I mixed my seasoning with hot water and injected them( brown sugar ; old plantation seasoning ; insturacure.) rubbed them with a little black pepper and brown sugar.put in smoker
Tried some of them fried for supper, lay a slice on you head and your tongue will slap your brains out.
all turned out great!
"THE DATE ON CAMERA IS WRONG????" gotta change that.

Tree climber....what kind of smoker do you use.....homemade or store bought? What kind of wood you use? (I have a store bought smoker but it is big enough and makes good sausage....I use mesquite and hickory mainly.)
