Any profession Gunsmiths in VT?

Are there any professional (certified) gunsmiths in Vermont or NH? Would like to have some work done, but can only find backyard gunsmiths

If anyone is interested, I found a great gunsmith in Vermont. He is in the Newport area and builds really nice rifles.
