I just ordered a Jones stock adjuster & a Kick-EEZ pad for my Citori skeet gun. In concept it seems easy. Has anyone out there put one on a shotgun? What are common pitfalls to watch out for? Just wondering if there was some advice out there before I start my project.

I will have to grind the aluminum base plate to match butt-end of my stock. What is the best grit to use? I'll be using a friend's belt sander.
