anyone use a large loop on their lever guns
i got a marlin 336 30 30 that i love only thing is it;s lever is a bit small for my catcher;s mit paws, anyone use a large loop?

The Duke used one,so I say go for it. I had one on a 22 when I was about 10,only wish I had it back,can't even remember what kind it was or where we got it.it would be a collector now.

are you having problems when you are cocking the lever to put a new round in the chamber or just when you are about to fire it?
i just use my thumb to cycle the lever.

neither quilly i just can;t fit my hand in the lever itself, i wind up pinchin skin

those lill lever actions always looked so small on the duke
