The older Ruger 77 with tang safety, and adjustable trigger had all the qualities listed.
Ok, maybe not the envy of others.
The newer Rugers would be okay too, if they just had an adjustable trigger.

2. Little things like bolt locking safety, and good ejector.
3. Three lug design
4. Barrel smoothness, I hate cleaning, I love shooting
5. As long as price is resonable.
6. Solid stock. I hate hollow plastic stocks.
I can't say I ever had a gun not dependable.
