Default What characteristics do you like in a Gun ?

Which of the below listed attributes are important to you?
1. Styling
2. Accuracy
3. Dependability
4. Manufacturers reputation
5. Name Brand Recognition
6. Overall Quality
7. Price
8. Being the envy of your Buddy's
9. Design of the gun

If you can give an example of the above with a gun you own or would like to own. Thanks . Things are slowing down around here so its time to pick up the pace.

Sorry Guys I left out number 9 and it may be the most important

The older Ruger 77 with tang safety, and adjustable trigger had all the qualities listed.
Ok, maybe not the envy of others.
The newer Rugers would be okay too, if they just had an adjustable trigger.

1. Styling
2. Accuracy
3. Dependability
4. Manufacturers reputation
5. Name Brand Recognition
6. Overall Quality
7. Price
8. Being the envy of your Buddy's
1. Accuracy
2. Little things like bolt locking safety, and good ejector.
3. Three lug design
4. Barrel smoothness, I hate cleaning, I love shooting
5. As long as price is resonable.
6. Solid stock. I hate hollow plastic stocks.

I can't say I ever had a gun not dependable.

Here's my list.

Accuracy
Dependability (if I'm shooting a bolt action that shouldn't be an issue)
Overall quality
Manufacturer's reputation
Price
Styling (don't care as long as it's functional)
Brand name recognition
Being the envy of your buddies (don't care what they think).

I like them to fit and be reliable. Fitting for me means that when I bring the gun up to my shoulder the sights/scope is alligned with my eye.
