I'm currently looking for a good all around pump shotgun for small game, upland game birds and turkey. I'm leaning toward the 1300; simply because it shoulders the best for me. Which is the most reliable in all weather conditions?

From what iv,e found out that Winchester ,and U.S. Repeating arms are owned by a conglomerate in Belgium. They have and will keep their names only. There work force has gone from over 800 to a little over 200. The main plant is an empty shell. This info i recieved from a Machinist uniion news letter. A lot of companies are going over sea because the cost of labor here is to high. Thats because of t he uniions, they worked themselves out of a job. It made to small of a margin of profit for the investors and they want more money. The labor in a lot of respect over sea is better and so thats the way it goes in business. This was as of news about 2 wks ago. The unions contract is NOT being reneewed. Plus another reason was there margin of profit selling in car load lots to Walmart. And other small bussiness couldn,t compete with Walmarts prices so they weren,t buying from win. Walmart was selling stuff cheaper than other retailers could buy it for. It made their total profit margin less than the working capital needed to run. So basicially the unions worked themselves out of a job,and Wally world was the final Big blow. vangunsmith
