Each day and terrain calls for a different firearm, but I'll be using a Ruger 1-B in .270 mostly, with either old ugly (a CZ 600 in 30.06) or a Marlin 336 for inclement weather.

Well For me in NJ we have to use shotguns for deer hunting but will use a H&R 12 guage.
If I get to PA this year which I doubt very much do to possible buying a house down the shore and all the moving. But if by miracle I get there then of course the 445 supermag Dan Wesson.

Buck season I'll be using a Rem 760 pump in .270.
For doe season I'll use my NEF 223. I know, I know...it's too small. But, don't tell the other deer I've shot! The 223 does fine if you can shoot, and you pick your spot. I like it for the doe season. That way I know I won't be a lead slinger like so many others in the woods during that season.

TOTOE...It's the only gun I've seen that will shoot ANY make of bullet accurately (at least 2" at 100). I wouldn't trade it for any other deer gun. It's a lefty and so am I.
I'm looking for a 25-06 though...You ready to sell yours yet??? LOL
