Weatherby Accumark in 300 WBY Mag topped with a Leupold VX-III 4 1/2-14
or Rem 700 LWT in 308 Win topped with a Leupold VX-II 6-18
depending on the environment I'll be hunting(i.e. woods or field)

Ruger M77 All weather 30-06 shooting Remington 150 grain core lokt. I am also going to take my grandfather's (now mine) 30-40 Krag out and see what I can do with open sights.

the gun too many people think is too weak. the .357mag with 180gr XTP and 15gr of lil'gun. its my choice and already hunted sucessfully with it this weekend

I'll be using one of the following and hopefully all by the end of the season:
Sako 75 .300 Wby
Sako 75 7mm Rem Mag
Remington 700 7mm Rem Mag
1891 Mauser 7.65 Arg.
Knight Bighorn .50 cal.
I'm starting out with the .300 Weatherby shooting 180 gr. Sciroccos over 84 grs. of IMR 7828.
