no... you must be getting an older model. I got the new 23 for $500 (before tax), and they are hard to find at least where i live (selling like hot cakes)

They are selling the glock 26 9mm and the glock 27 40cal here in florida for between $450-$550 new depending on the dealer . Those are both compact glocks and good guns at that .

One I have is compact and the other is sub-compact.
The compact has a 15 round clip with it.
