Years ago i bought a 22 that shot far to the right. Other than putting the barrel in the fork of a tree and pulling to the left i did not know what to do. So i took the gun back. If there was a fix i and probably others would like to know. please.

They're not talking to you hornet, they're talking about The870.

To answer your question, it might be a bent barrel, the sights were installed off center or if scoped the bases/rings could out of alignment with the bore axis. Only a gunsmith could answer that if the problem wasn't obvious. Since you no longer have the gun its a moot topic anyway.

one more possibility ... the screws for the scope mounts were tapped crooked throwing off the scope barrel alignment.
