Biscuit...I like 7mm's period is my favorite caliber. Have had/have 7x57,7-08,280 rem,7wsm,7rem mag, 7 STW probably won't get a 7 Ultra mag. Can you tell i like 7mm's?

I was around, naturally, when the 7mm Rem Mag was released on the market and it just caught fire. The "mm" curse never took hold. Many, many good bullets and loads in it. I bet it drops elk like Thor's hammer.

Took it to the range Saturday..This one shows a lot of promise. Using 150 grain Corelockts it consistently grouped 3 into 1/2" groups and 5 shot groups under an inch. I was really there to break it in a little and had no idea it would shoot corelockts this well. As a result of this I willl handload for practice and go to Walmart and clean out their 140 grain Corelockt Ultra ammo which no one is buying and as a result is on closeout. This would be ideal ammo for all kinds of hunting. Only modification I made to the gun was turning trigger poundage adjustment screw out until it was a3lb trigger and then applying the clear nail polish.
