Savage makes a LH bolt rimfire. I believe it comes in 22 LR, 22 WMR and 17 HMR.
I got on in the 17 HMR and it shoots great. A bit heavy on the trigger but otherwise not bad. Price if I remember correctly was $192.00.
You may also want to look at a few of the lever actions like Marlin, Winchester, Henry, etc.
