A rimfire for the southpaw.

I was wondering what left handed rimfires there are. I would like to spend less then $250 on the gun itself but i want to hear about all the models. I would like a bolt action but if anybody could tell me about anything. I haven't been able to find any.

Try looking at the savage MKII series rifle. I have one. When I bought it, it was pretty gross. I stripped it down, gave it a nice burnt walnut finish and now it looks good. It shoots quite well also.

Briman, if you're talking about the little Browning that is tub-fed through the butt-stock, a nice one will run quite a bit more than $250. But, Norinco makes a copy of that Browning and its considerably cheaper. Just a thought.:)

Yes, they are really nice rifles, a buddy of mine has one and let me shoot it a couple of times. They are a real work of art and theymake other autoloading .22's look like toys.;)

Edit, I looked them up on the Browning site, and they are a little more pricey than I thought.
Here's the standard grade:

WOW, i would say the Browning is a little more then $250. I am not going to be doing a lot of hunting with it so i dont think i want to spend that much on it. Somebody was talking about the Remington model 563 or something like that in .17 HMR. They said that they were a lefty too. Everybody said that was a piece of junk but they mentioned i think a Savage that would have been close. I would spend a little more on that because the .17 I could maybe use for Cayotes.
