Default BSA Scopes

Anyone tried the BSA scopes. Are they in line with Tasco, cheaper or better? Eye relief seems great. Wonder if they would hold up past the first box of ammo?

My dealer sells allot of the BSA's scopes. He says they are a good scope. Claims he hasn't received any complaints about them.I have never owned or used one. In IMHO they can't be any worse then Tasco.Ruger Redhawk

Great optics and very reliable (for me) I have a feeling the price of these may go up because of the quality.

I had a 6x24x50 target scope from BSA on a custom 10/22. I had no troubles with it! I say had because I sold rifle last year.

Dumb, Very Dumb!

For the money BSA are good scopes! I mounted one for a friend on a .280 and he took a nice pronghorn with it his past season...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

They are junk, don't even bother with them. I bought & put it on a ruger 10/22. At about 20 rounds, the crosshairs actually fell & twisted in the scope. I can understand this, as the 22LR is notorious for shaking new scopes apart. Sent it back to the factory, it was returned 2 months later. Put it back on the rifle, & this time it didn't even make 20 rounds before the same thing happened. I wrote BSA told them their scopes are s**t, and threw it away...
