Ive been narrowing down my choices on scopes.Im down between the bushnell elite 3200 and the nikon buckmaster. I like the brightneess and there in my price range. What I want to know is how rugged are they and has anyone had problems out of either? I even looked at the burris fullfield but dont know anything about them.

I prefer the bushnell elite to the Nikon Buckmaster. The Bushnell Elite compares to the Nikon Monarch series in terms of quality. I have an Elite and it sits on top of my .300RUM. It is a tough scope and it has an excellent warranty.

I have usually been a Bushnell fan, but I bought a Nikon Monarch and couldn't be happier. The light gathering is awesome. I can use the moonlight to pig hunt. Also, when I first got it (by mail order) it had a paralax problem. Sent it in, had it back in a week good with everything fixed. Very cordial people with no BS.
Frankly, I think they're both great products!

I think the Elite is a bit better from the ones I have seen .My brother had the buckmaster and had problems with it . He went to the Monarch and it has been fine .
