Ignatz...400 bucks is about right. That seems to be the going rate. Barreled Action was made by Saco Arms in Maine same people that make the MK V Weatherby... same lines as the NULA lightweight rifle weighs about 5 lbs or so but not even in the same league quality wise... .trigger ... magazine follower and the stock(synthetic) are completely different... DOn't know of anyone that has actually shot them but I have sure looked at a ton of them.

Ignatz, price is about right like oldelkhnter said. I have a .270 and it's an alright gun, I can tell you the biggest problem that I have with mine and others I've handled is that the when you open the bolt if your gun is scoped (which they all are) it barely clears the scope. I cannot have any type of scope cover on the rear glass (don't know correct name). i would have sold mine because of this, but it's a really accurate gun. I shoot factory loads and am always under an inch at 100 yards. I don't know if the 300's have this same problem, I've never handled one.
