Default Win Model 70 scope mounts?

I have searched but, couldn't quite find what I was looking for. I have a brand new Win. Model 70 7mm Rem. Mag. and need some info on optics. I need mounts, rings and the scope. I think I am gonna go with Leupold components but, with the mount would a 1 piece be more stable than a 2piece? Also, with magnification, I have a 3-9x40 on another rifle but would like something a little stronger. What would you guys suggest? Thanks.

The leupold web site has a mount/ring selector. I use the std 2piece rvr with great sucess this year.

I use the 2 piece Leupold set up on 2 different firearms , works well for me!

I would recommend the Leupold Dual Dovetail 2-piece base. I believe they are more secure, due to 4 screws instead of 3, which the 1-piece has. The rings are also more stronger and secure, because they twist into place instead of the rear being held in by the windage adjustment screws with the Standards.
