These prices are from the local Wally, and I just checked the prices at Basspro and found that they were $14.99 PLUS shipping for the .30-06. Still more than $10 PLUS tax...
Sure, you could find cheaper bullets...I just saw 400 rounds of 150 grain FMJ rounds for the .30-06 for $99.99 PLUS shipping on www.midwayusa.com
Or you could buy 20 rounds of Russian made ammo 168 grain SP for $6.60.
