I've had real good luck with it. My 6.5x55 like it better than anything else.

PMC used to stand for "Pan Metal Corporation" and the ammo was made in South Korea. Then, the company moved or either built another factory in Mexico and changed the name to "Precision Made Cartridge". From what I understand, the company now makes their bullets in the USA. I believe some of their handgun ammo in the "target grade" (lesser quality stuff than their hunting grade) is still made in Mexico.

But, don't let that get you down. PMC is great target ammo. Clean and reliable. Unlike "Wolf" ammo from Russia, which is crap.

I hunted black bear with some PMC hunting loads for my .44mag. It worked great. Although I think that Federal, Winchester and Remington is much better quality ammo in their respective "premium lines".

For real accuracy and performance, try "Black Hills" ammo. Match grade performance, at reasonable price. Very high quality stuff.

Only used PMC out of my 223, and it hates the stuff. Won't group, and it doesn't like to ejetct the empties. Must be my gun, though, because others like it.

PMC ammo is as good as any, quality-wise, but whether it will shoot well in your particluar gun is only determined by testing, just as with ammo made by anybody else, for that matter!

I've had good luck with both the .22LR ammo in a few of my guns, remember different.22's can be real finicky about what they like. Also thier FMJ 9mm is pretty good.

In my experience PMC ammo is not as good as other well known brands. I am talking about their regular cheapo stuff and not their premium ammo. I had bad luck with some and I saw a guy at the range the other day throw away a whole box because it wouldn't shoot. He had several misfires and when it did shoot the accuracy was terrible and it jammed.
