Default Frangible 223 question - is is dirty?

Last weekend, I took my DD m4 to an indoor range. They only allowed their ammo, frangible. I think it was Fiocchi. After 30-35 rds, the brass wouldn't eject without assistance. Then the next round wouldn't chamber. Rather than push a bad situation, I cased her up and just shot a few mags of 9 out of a Sig. Have you guys shot frangible with similar results? I've run a lot more ammo through the gun before and not had this problem. Before I shot it this time, the chamber and star chamber were scraped pretty clean.

"frangible"

That's another discussion altogether !?!?

V-max is designed to fragment - the SST not to fragment !
