.think of this,same bullet say 150 grain,fits tight in the gun,you grab another gun it wobbles or goes in futher,i would not buy that gun...might be a little truth to this after all...

hmmmm...okay fellows I've got to ask, what variables would cause a bullet to "wobble" in the muzzle of one rifle and to be snug in another rifle of the same kind? Is there something to what toToe says? Is anyone feeling as confused as a 'blind dog in a meat house?'

If the bullet wobbles in the muzzle there is no way that it can shoot straight.

Thank you, that tale is a new one. At my age I don't hear new ones very often. In every other respect I agree with the other postings. There are many, many things that effect accuracy, and a lot of them are associated with barrels, but not all of them. Thanks again.
