I don' t have a yellowboy, but I use leverguns, and aside from a supermag (.308 warbird), I will probably never buy any other rifles. I definitely think that a Yellowboy would be a great investment, I hope to own one here in the near future. Good looking gun too. Good luck, and welcome to the board, don' t be a stranger.

You are right...they are a beautiful gun! My ex could never understand the reason for buying a gun. Now that she is gone and I am in a position to buy one...I am! I' m looking forward to deer week in Ky. I' m taking th whole week off and planing on using the yellowboy to take a deer with. That is if I can find one. I won' t be a stranger now that I have found this site.

Loghead: You won' t be disappointed buddy. That thing is a real fine gun, so keep me informed as to how she shoots, then I can say to " but Loghead said it was the coolest thing ever!" when I buy one and get in trouble
. Good luck on your deer hunt, bring us back some pics, even if they are just of the gun.
