the remington adl would be great for what your looking for

but the savage would be even better , and more affordable too.

Last year I purchased the 710. I haven' t shot it alot but I do not like the feel of the bolt. Next gun show I am gonna try to trade for something better, maybe the 700 ADL. I' ve heard alot of great things about the 700. Not sure about the Weatherby. Good luck and good hunting!

I have two .270 rifles. One is a Savage 110 GX and the other is a Ruger M77. I really have no complaints with either. I' ll just say that the Savage is as accurate, perhaps even more accurate, and cheaper. I like the idea of taking the money you save and putting the extra into a quality scope.

Winchester Model 70

Remington 700

Ruger MKII77

Savage 112

The Tikka' s are nice, but a little too much plastic for the price. I don' t at all like the plastic magazine and the trigger guard. Other than that they' re ok

The 710 is junk. If I had to, I would go to a pawn shop and find a used 700 or mod. 70 before I would by a 710.
