Default Ruger RSI

Picked up a Ruger RSI chambered in .250 Savage. I have always liked the looks of this rifle, though the barrel could be 2 inches longer. Finding one in .250 Savage is just iceing the cake. Won' t be ready for this season though.

I' ve always wanted a Ruger RSI but never have found one. I missed out on a International not long ago by a few minutes. It was chambered in 308..I' ve heard pros and cons about the full Manlicher stocks.Enjoy it.

whelen36,

Try www.gunbroker.com and www.auctionarms.com I bought the RSI through aouctionarms. Last month I bought a Savage M99 through gunbroker. There is always M99 on these sites.

Just a guess on my part but you like the 35 whelen? If so go to auction arms there are 3 rifles on there now.

thanks for the links and info neweboarhunter ,

and yep , i love the .35 whelen , i' ve got one in the model 700 classic limited , but i really like the .35 caliber period , i' ve got a .35 remington in a marlin 336 , and i just aquired a new remington m 673 in the .350 rem. mag cartridge , i haven' t gotten to shoot the .350 yet as i' m kind of busy at work right now , and when i' m not busy , it seems it' s always raining here.

thanks again my friend
