I refuse to own a 30/30, its too dangerous.
What!!?? Surely you jest. A firearm that requires a deliberate pull of the hammer back is about as safe as can be. If a person walks around the woods with the hammer back he is the dangerous part of the equation. Any striker fired firearm is more apt to cause an AD then a hammer fired gun. Don't even get me started on the most dangerous firearm ever made!
