Default Not Sure What To Buy

I have $275 in Cableas gift cards, and nearly $800 in Cableas points. The Gift cards are almost 2 years old, and here in New Jersey if you don't use gift cards within the 2 years they will expire and the state will keep the money. I will use it towards a new gun, but I'm not sure what I want or need. I have plenty of slug guns from single shot, bolt action, pumps, semis, I have a muzzleloader, I have plenty of rifles, and two handguns (don't need anymore). I may lean towards a Remington 870 Mag

My next "fun" Purchase will be a lever action .357/.38. Winchester and Marlin make them for sure. I have so many .38's loaded up, I want something fun for plinking. And I'll eventually take a deer with it. If you have everything you "Need" pick out something you want for fun. To me it sounds like you have enough shotguns...so unless you're just really into shotguns, then go for something different and exciting.

Gift cards don't go to state here in CO...seems odd to me they would anywhere. Whatever buy the shotgun.

If you have plenty of guns and don't want/need any more then I'd use the cards to buy ammo and lots of it.

Yep, ammo never goes out of style...

Who says you don't need another pistol?!? But ammo would also be a great thing to stock up on.

The 870 Mag seems good.

My vote is ammo. Despite the best effrorts of the pro-hunting lobby groups, my gut feeling is that we are going to see increased pressure from the federal and state levels to raise taxes and increase restrictions on ammo.
